Who is responsible
AIDROP Technologies, Avenue "Solidarności" 117/615, 00-140 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: info@aidrop.it.
This policy covers cookies and similar browser storage on aidrop.it and app.aidrop.it. Cookies store small values in a browser; localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB can also keep information on a device. The Privacy Policy explains the related processing of personal data.
Your choice
Essential storage supports the service you request. Optional purposes are off until you choose them. Essential only rejects both optional purposes; Customize lets you choose them separately; Allow all accepts both.
- Analytics and session replay: Google Analytics and Amplitude measure usage and interactions. Amplitude can record sessions with masked inputs; signed-in sessions may be linked to your account.
- Advertising measurement: Google Ads connects ad visits to registrations and deployments, including email matching at signup. Advertising personalization remains disabled.
You can change or withdraw consent through Cookie preferences in the public-site footer or the button in the application. Rejecting optional purposes does not prevent signup or use of a paid subscription. The choice is shared across aidrop.it and app.aidrop.it; open pages check for changes. An expired or unreadable choice leaves optional purposes off and asks you to choose again.
Essential storage
| Storage | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| aidrop_cookie_consent_v2 | Remembers the analytics and advertising choices, policy version and time of the choice on .aidrop.it | 180 days from the latest saved choice |
| Supabase authentication storage (sb-*-auth-token and related sign-in state) | Keeps the application signed in and completes authentication redirects | Session credentials are refreshed while signed in; sign-out clears the stored session. Temporary sign-in state is used during authentication. |
| aidrop.home-preview (sessionStorage) | Keeps an explicitly requested page preview out of experiment results | Current browser tab |
| Application preferences and signup state | Remembers the selected theme, Team, plan, referral offer or deployment task so the requested workflow survives navigation | Some values remain until changed or browser storage is cleared. A referral code is removed after the Team is created. |
Sign-in, payment and support providers may use their own service storage when those features are used. GitHub and Google sign-in operate under their own policies; Paddle handles checkout; Crisp supplies support chat in the signed-in application. Their provider-controlled cookies and lifetimes are described in the GitHub, Google, Paddle and Crisp policies. The optional measurement choices do not control an external provider's own website.
Where Cloudflare protects a hostname, security features may set cookies such as cf_clearance or _cfuvid. Their presence depends on the security feature and configuration; _cfuvid is a session cookie. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
Analytics and session replay
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) measures page views and product events after analytics consent. The application does not load Google's measurement script before an optional purpose is accepted and does not configure Analytics when only advertising measurement is accepted. Google processes usage and device data on its global infrastructure; see Google's privacy information.
Amplitude (Amplitude, Inc.) loads only after analytics consent and uses its EU region. It measures usage and records session interactions with masked inputs. Masking is not anonymization: other page content may be visible and signed-in activity may be linked to an account identifier. Amplitude events and session recordings are retained for seven days.
| Storage | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| aidrop_home_experiment_v1 | After analytics consent, keeps a randomly assigned homepage version and experiment identifier consistent across aidrop.it and app.aidrop.it so we can compare use and confirmed registrations | Seven days from enrolment; cleared on analytics withdrawal |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics visitor and session identifiers | Google's default is up to two years, subject to browser limits and provider settings; cleared by the application on withdrawal where accessible |
| AMP_*, AMP_MKTG_* | Amplitude device, session and attribution state | Up to one year in the browser; cleared on analytics withdrawal where accessible |
| AMP_* localStorage and replay storage | SDK configuration and buffered analytics/replay data | Until sent, cleared by the SDK, or removed from browser storage; accessible localStorage entries are cleared on withdrawal |
| aidrop.funnel.* | Avoids counting the same product milestone repeatedly | Until analytics withdrawal or browser storage is cleared |
Browser-cookie lifetime is different from how long received data is held by a provider. Google's processing and retention are governed by the applicable Google product settings and terms. Contact the Owner for information about records relating to you or to request their erasure.
Advertising measurement
Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) measures advertising conversions after advertising consent. Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters may be stored and carried from the public site to the application. Signup conversion matching may include the email supplied during signup. Personalized advertising is disabled.
| Storage | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, _gcl_gs | Google Ads conversion attribution where set by the tag | Normally up to three months, subject to provider/browser settings; accessible cookies are cleared on withdrawal |
| aidrop.acquisition-attribution.v1 | Stores the first advertising/campaign parameters and attaches them to application links | Up to 90 days, or until advertising withdrawal or browser storage is cleared |
| aidrop.pending_signup_conversion | Recognizes a signup conversion after an authentication redirect | Consumed after the redirect, valid for at most one hour; cleared on advertising withdrawal |
What happens when you withdraw
The application stops sending optional events for the withdrawn purpose and disables Amplitude collection when analytics is withdrawn. An already-loaded Google tag may send a consent-state update to apply the withdrawal. The application clears accessible cookies and localStorage for the withdrawn purpose; it cannot directly erase data held on a provider's servers or cookies on another provider's domain. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. For deletion of existing personal data, write to info@aidrop.it.
You may also inspect, block or delete cookies and other site storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication or payment storage may prevent those requested features from working. Blocking optional analytics or advertising does not remove access to the service.
