What does aidrop do?
aidrop hosts the app you build with your coding agent. Connect a repository, check its setup, then ask your agent to deploy it. You get a private app address and a project record with the code, working instructions and deployment state for your next change.
Do I keep using Claude Code, Cursor or Codex?
Yes. Connect your existing agent over MCP. Your agent writes and pushes the code; aidrop checks the repository and builds and runs supported applications after you authorise the deploy. You can also use the dashboard and REST API.
Can I deploy an existing GitHub repository?
Yes. Your repository stays on GitHub. Connect it and run the preflight to see whether the current revision fits. Missing configuration or unsupported requirements are reported before you proceed. Complex migrations may need changes or human assistance.
Which apps can I run?
Supported templates cover web apps, static sites, APIs and more. Your app needs a compatible build, start command and runtime setup. Containers have temporary scratch space, so durable data belongs in a database or external object storage. The repository check gives you the answer for your app.
Is my app public as soon as I deploy?
No. Your preview starts behind a password. You can share the address and password with someone who does not have an aidrop account. Publishing is a separate action with a content check. Access to your project and repository remains separate from access to the running app.
What will it cost after the trial?
The 7-day trial needs no credit card. Paid hosting starts at $5/month on an aidrop address. A managed database and your own domain start at Pro, $20/month. If you choose no paid plan, Free includes no hosting. Prices are in USD, plus applicable taxes.
Do you back up my database?
No. We keep no backup copies and make no restore promise. A managed database export is yours on demand; store it under your own backup policy. Application containers have no persistent disk, so decide where durable data lives before using the app for important work.
